The Approach: Build for the audience, keep it simple to use.
We designed Family Member Care from first principles as the central record for a person's care, built originally for the family doing the work, and then as we began working with Aged-Care and NDIS Providers, their specific needs (and keeping them both separate). The platform consolidates medications, appointments, contacts, documents and care notes into a single profile.
Care Groups let multiple family members and trusted contacts share information securely with role-based access.
