The Perception Collective was engaged to conduct a comprehensive review of Hopefield's systems, intake processes, and platform options - a structured discovery engagement covering client intake, four practice area workflows, and three platform options, producing multiple discrete deliverables.
The Perception Collective delivered clear, prioritised recommendations, including a phased implementation pathway and a direct platform recommendation tied to Hopefield's strategic direction, equipping the board with the clarity needed to make confident, long-term decisions about their systems infrastructure.
The team also identified some distinct IP within the organisation and an approach to building out the IP that would not only provide better outcomes for Hopefield's clients, but a potential revenue stream as the IP could be rolled out to other providers.
Perception built out a small digital prototype to demonstrate the IP's capabilities to Hopefield.
