LoopSync Learning
The Problem: Teachers spending more time wrangling tools than working with students.
School administrators are managing a sprawl of systems: government student records, attendance, scheduling, communications, parent engagement, and the day-to-day operational work of running a school. Most of these systems don't speak to each other, and the ones that do are usually one-way pipes that drop data into a black hole. Teachers and administration managers spend more time wrangling tools than working with students.
The Approach: Designed in consultation with 45+ schools, 100+ teachers and dozens of administration managers.
Following a planned pilot with the NSW Department of Education, we designed and built LoopSync Learning into a complete school management system.
The platform offered complete two-way synchronisation with Education Departments around the globe - rather than just consuming government records, the system added to them and gave administrators a more complete picture of each student in and out of school.
The Outcome: Two-way Education Department integration. A single source of truth for the student, parents and educators.
Connected systems, saved time, removing duplication. An example is the planning of a school excursion is reduced from 38 manual tasks down to just 5 with LoopSync Learning. These types of reductions represent incredible efficiency gains for schools, and faster input from parents.
Following on from a planned pilot program with the Dept. of Education, LoopSync Learning grew into a complete school management system.
Complete design and development of the platform in consultation with over 45 schools and upwards of 100 teachers, and administration managers, LoopSync Learning has modernised the processes involved in managing a school. Complete 2-way synchronisation with Education Dept around the globe, LoopSync Learning allows you to build on the information stored in those systems, while adding information and getting a more complete view of the student and their life in and out of the school.
